Cathleen’s Background
Cathleen has spent the last 15 years in people-centric roles, including eight years at a tech startup. In 2015, she became a founding member of Everyware, a fintech startup, giving her invaluable experience in the challenges founders and CEOs face in their entrepreneurial journey.
Everyware earned multiple prestigious awards thanks to Cathleen’s contributions, such as Best Places to Work awards from Built In Austin and Inc. 500.
Cathleen has successfully filled over 200+ roles throughout her career, encompassing crucial executive and specialized technical positions. Her expertise is grounded in proven methodologies that support rapid growth and scalability.
As a Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Cathleen specializes in coaching leaders and teams in goal setting, leadership development, team building, strategic thinking, and accountability.
Outside of her work accomplishments, Cathleen enjoys outdoor activities with her three sons and pursues her interests in travel, fitness, kayaking, cooking, gardening, yoga, cycling, hiking, and animals. She also gives back to her community through volunteer work with Central Texas Table of Grace.
